Catherine Christinna Kessinger was born on 28 Nov 1858 in Pearl Twp., Pike Co., Illinois.9,10,11She appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Pearl Twp., Pike Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents, Ransom A. Kessinger and Sarah J. Peacock.19 She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Pearl Twp., Pike Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents.20
She appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Pearl Twp., Illinois in the household of her parents, Ransom A. Kessinger and Sarah J. Peacock, with her daughter Jeanette.21
Catherine married first Dr. Franklin Lock on 18 Mar 1882 in Pike Co., Illinois.12,13
