     She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Carondelet Twp., St. Louis Co., Missouri, in the household of her parents, Edward Gapsch and Caroline M. Barkhau.5 She appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Rock Twp., Jefferson Co., Missouri, in the household of her parents.6
     Alvina married James Lenord Myers, son of William B. Myers and Olive Irene Carr, on 7 May 1949 in Randolph Co., Arkansas, with John R. Shiuley, Jr., justice of the peace, officiating.12,13
     She and James appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Rock Twp., Jefferson Co., Missouri, in the household of her parents. Their daughter Nancy was listed with them.18
     Alvina and James lived on her father's farm in Fenton, Missouri, and she continued to live there after his death until shortly before she died.19
     Her husband died on 19 Dec 1999 in Fenton, St. Louis Co., Missouri.20,21,22
