     George registered for the draft for World War I on 5 Jun 1918, while living at 3128 Mozart Ave, Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, reporting he was employed as Alvie Ferguson in Cincinnati.1
     He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents.16
     He was machinist in a machine shop in 1920, and a furnace maker when he married.17,18
