Mortimer P. Crosthwaite and Rebecca [surname unknown].12 She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Lamar Twp., Clinton Co., Pennsylvania, in the household of her parents.13
Barbara married James M. Chesnut, son of John Chesnut and Elizabeth Jane Flora, about 1883.10,11
