Narrative:
Vivian B. Wagner was born on 6 Nov 1917 in Illinois.9,10,11She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Kingston Mines Village, Peoria Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents, Henry K. Wagner and Bessie M. [surname unknown]4 She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Glasford, Peoria Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents.5
Neither Vivian nor her parents have been found in the 1940 census. At age 22 she may have been living separately from her parents. It is possible she had an unknown marriage as several married women her age named Vivian are found in Peoria in 1940, but none can be identified as her.
Vivian married first Edwin Frederick Prenger, son of Joseph Frank Prenger and Jessie Myrtle Watson, on 7 Feb 1942 in Canton, Lewis Co., Missouri, with Rev. E. H. Farmer officiating.3
Vivian and Edwin were apparently separated, if not divorced, by 1944, as she does not appear with him in that year's city directory. No record of a divorce has been found, but they seem to have divorced before 1945 as he remarried about then.12,13,14
Vivian married second Jay Wilson Denany, son of Laurence Denany and Genia Wilson. He had previously been married to Mable Frances Gray.15,16,17
Vivian and Wilson appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Peoria, Peoria Co., Illinois, at 706 Jackson St., enumerated 13 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm.19
Vivian and Jay moved to Florida in 1961.20
Her second husband died on 19 Feb 1984 in Pinellas Co., Florida.21,22
Vivian died on 16 Jun 2008 at age 90.18
