Narrative:

     Friedrich August Weber was born on 10 Oct 1817 in Sachsen.4,5,6 He was baptized on 21 Oct 1817 in Michaeliskirche Zeitz, Sachsen.11
     Friedrich married Amalie Erdmuthe Patzschkes in 1843 in Michaeliskirche Zeitz, Sachsen.7,8
     Friedrich and Amalie arrived in New Orleans, Louisiana, on 23 Oct 1852aboard the Elizabeth Dennison, which had sailed from Antwerp and Bremen, stating that they had departed from Schleitz - today spelled "Schleiz" and located in Thuringia. Their known children Anna, Friedrich, Hermann, Auguste and Felix, as well as a 14-year old child whose name was written "Emil. Weber" arrived with them.12,13
     Friedrich and Amalie appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Central Twp., Jefferson Co., Missouri, enumerated 5 Sep 1860, reporting real estate valued at $800 and personal estate of $160. Their children Anna, Friedrich, Auguste, Felix, William and Christopher were listed as living with them.3
     Friedrich and Amalie appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Central Twp., Jefferson Co., Missouri, enumerated 16 Jul 1870, reporting real estate valued at $1,500 and personal estate of $658. Their children Friedrich, Auguste, Felix, William, Christopher, Sarah and Emma were listed as living with them.14
     Friedrich and Amalie appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of St. Louis, Missouri, at Waton Rd., enumerated 23 Jun 1880. Their children Friedrich, William, Christopher, Sarah and Emma were listed as living with them.15
     His wife died on 11 May 1900 in 6719 So. 8th St., St. Louis, Missouri.16
     He appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of St. Louis, Missouri, in the household of John Horschmann and Auguste Alwine Weber, his daughter and her husband.17
     He was a farmer.3,14,15
     Friedrich died on 7 Mar 1903 in 3530 N 23rd St., St. Louis, Missouri, at his home, at age 85.9 He was buried in New Pickers Cemetery.9,10
