     Minnie Irene Arnold was born on 12 Dec 1875 in Dakota Territory.7,8,9 She appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Dell Rapids, Minnehaha Co., Dakota Territory, in the household of her parents, Willis L. Arnold and Margaret Beck.18
     Minnie married Ralph Howard Pendleton, son of Daniel Pendleton and Philena Triff, on 29 Aug 1897 in Rock Rapids, Lyon Co., Iowa.10,11,12
     Minnie and Ralph appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Pleasant Valley Twp., Fayette Co., Iowa, enumerated 23 Jun 1900, reporting that they rented their home.19
     Minnie and Ralph moved to Minnesota by 1903, then to North Dakota by 1905. They appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Marshall Twp., Williams Co., North Dakota, enumerated 3 May 1910, reporting that the family owned its farm. Their children Sybol, Ralph and Lucile were listed as living with them.20
     Minnie and Ralph appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Marshall Twp., Williams Co., North Dakota, enumerated 20 Jan 1920, reporting that the family owned its home. Their children Ralph, Lucile, Paul and Doris were listed as living with them.21
     Minnie and Ralph appeared on the 1925 State Census of Marshall Twp., Williams Co., North Dakota. Their children Paul and Doris were listed as living with them.22
     Minnie and Ralph were divorced before 1929.13,14,15
     Minnie moved to Oregon between 1925 and 1930. She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Woodlburn, Marion Co., Oregon, enumerated 21 Apr 1930, in the household of Robert and Sadie Knapp, where she is listed as a maid for the family.23
     Minnie appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Douglas Co., Oregon, in the household of, her daughter Lucile and her husband, Ernest C. Bryant. She reported, like them, that she had lived in a rural area of the same county in 1935.24
     Minnie died on 17 Mar 1946 in Yakima, Yakima Co., Washington, at age 70.16,7 She was buried in Terrace Heights Memorial Park, Yakima, Yakima Co., Washington.17
