     She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, in the household of her mother, Bertha B. Mueller.5 She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, in the household of her mother.16
     She was a stenographer before her marriage.17
     Ruth married Arthur Nicholson Fenker, son of Frederick John Fenker and Mary Ellen Marcum, on 16 Sep 1922 in Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, with Rev. S. W. Mautz officiating.9,10,11
     Ruth and Arthur appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Lakewood, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, at 17816 Cannon, enumerated 5 Apr 1930, reporting they were renting their home, at $15 per month, and owned a radio.
