George W. Holloway was born in May 1868 in PennsylvaniaG.4,5,6
     George married Rachel Rebecca Warman, daughter of Mary Ann, on 24 Feb 1890 in Plymouth, Luzerne Co., PennsylvaniaG, with Rev. L. S. Brown officiating.7,8,9
     George and Rachel appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Jackson Twp., Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania G, enumerated 13 Jun 1900, reporting that they were renting their farm. Their daughter Olive was listed as living with them.2
     George and Rachel appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Plymouth Twp., Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania, at Mountain Rd. G, enumerated 26 Apr 1910, reporting they owned their home, free of mortgage. Their daughter Olive was listed as living with them, as were her husband, Worthington M. Sutton, and their children Bryce and George.3
     He was a farmer in 1900, and a laborer for a water company by 1910.2,3
     George died before 1920.10

Rachel Rebecca Warman was born in Jan 1869 in PennsylvaniaG.5,6,7 She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Plymouth Twp., Luzerne Co., PennsylvaniaG, in the household of her mother, Mary Ann.11 She appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Plymouth Twp., Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania G, in the household of her mother and step-father, Sterling Ravert.12
     Rachel married George W. Holloway on 24 Feb 1890 in Plymouth, Luzerne Co., PennsylvaniaG, with Rev. L. S. Brown officiating.8,9,10
     Rachel and George appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Jackson Twp., Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania G, enumerated 13 Jun 1900, reporting that they were renting their farm. Their daughter Olive was listed as living with them.13
     Rachel and George appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Plymouth Twp., Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania, at Mountain Rd. G, enumerated 26 Apr 1910, reporting they owned their home, free of mortgage.      Her husband died before 1920.15 She cleaned houses after her husband's death.16

Her daughter Olive was listed as living with her, as were her husband, Worthington, and their children Bryce, George, William, and Edna.16
     Rachel appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Plymouth, Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania, at 70 Walnut St. G, enumerated 3 Apr 1930, reporting she was renting her home, for $21 per month, and did not own a radio. Her grandson, Bryce Sutton, was listed as living with her, identified as a boarder.17
