Christiana Riegel.

17 John left a will dated 24 Jul 1869, in which he appointed his daughters Anne and Margaret as executors. He left to them, in trust for his son John, one third of his farm. They were to pay to their brother the rents and profits from the property, and at his death the property was to pass to his children, if any, or if not to their children. The remaining two-thirds was given to the two daughters, as tenants in common. From his personal estate they were each to receive $7,000. If any was left after that it was to be divided equally between the three children, but the son's share was to be held in trust by the daughters on the same terms as his share of the land. All his furniture and household goods was left to the two daughters.
18 John died on 6 Aug 1869 in Milton, Northumberland Co., Pennsylvania
