Narrative:

     Jacob Gann was born on 3 Mar 1806.4,5,6
     He was probably one of the three males under age 10 listed in the household of his father, John Gann, in the 1810 Federal Census of Nippenose Twp., Lycoming Co., Pennsylvania.9 He was probably one of the three males age 10 to 16 listed in the household of his father in the 1820 Federal Census of Nippenose Twp., Lycoming Co., Pennsylvania.10 He was probably one of the three males age 20 to 30 listed in the household of his father in the 1830 Federal Census of Adams Twp., Lycoming Co., Pennsylvania.11
     Jacob applied to purchase from the Commonwealth five acres of vacant land to the south of his father's land in Adams Twp. A warrant authorizing a survey was issued 26 Apr 1830. But the survey was never completed, apparently because he died and no one claimed the warrent.12,13
     Jacob died on 9 Aug 1831 in Lycoming Co., Pennsylvania, at age 25.1,7 He was buried in St. Peters Lutheran Church Cemetery, Collomsville, Lycoming Co., Pennsylvania.1,8
