     She moved about 1919 to Minneola, Florida, with her parents.16,17 She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Clermont, Lake Co., Florida, in the household of her parents, Howard Wieman Fenker and Irma Aurelia Sander.5
     Emilou moved to Nashville, Tennessee, with his parents about 1924.17
     Emilou graduated from Peabody Demonstration School, Nashville, Tennessee, in 1929.18,19

     She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Nashville, Davidson Co., Tennessee, in the household of her parents, Howard Wieman Fenker and Irma Aurelia Sander.20
     Emilou graduated from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, in Jun 1934 with a bachelor's degree in foreign languages, with a major in French, minors in Spanish and English, and also spoke German and some Italian. She recalled that she graduated from Vanderbilt the same time as her older brother Richard because he had lost time because of illness. She was just in front of him in the procession and couldn't resist the opportunity to turn back to him as she crossed the stage and say "I beat you!"21,22,23
     Emilou married Homer Thomas Frazier, son of Ellis Warren Frazier and Mary Cynthia Price, on 21 Dec 1934 in Wightman Chapel, Scarritt College, Nashville, Tennessee.12,13,10
     Emilou and Homer were living at 939 Inverness Ave. by 1935.24 By 1944 they living at 1207 Elmwood Ave.25
     Emilou and Homer appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Nashville, Davidson Co., Tennessee, at 3027 Brightwood, enumerated 3 Apr 1940, reporting they rented their home, for $20 per month, and that they had lived in the same city in 1935. Their daughter Cynthia was listed as living with them.26
     She began masters degree work at Peabody College in childhood education, but gave it up because of the war, and the pressures of two young children at home.4,27
     While Homer was away during the War, Emilou and their daughters moved to her parents' home at 1920 20th Ave. South. When he returned he joined them there.28 They and their children moved to 3507 Belmont Blvd. with her parents by 1949.29,30 She and Homer appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Nashville, Davidson Co., Tennessee, in the household of her parents, with their three children.31
     She was a teacher at McNeilly Day Home, later known as McNeilly Center for Children by 1959. She continued as a kindergarten teacher for some 18 years.32,33
     After her retirement she devoted herself to volunteer work. She was a "Pink Lady" at Baptist Hospital, read The Tennessean on radio station WPLN's "Talking Library" program for the blind, and delivered Meals on Wheels.8,34
     She moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where her granddaughter and her family were then living, in Nov 2003.35
     Emilou died on 14 Apr 2014 in Jacksonville, Florida, at age 100.14,15 She was buried on 19 Apr 2014 in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Nashville, Tennessee.8
