     Clarcy Cobb was born on 26 Aug 1778.6,7 She moved to Pawlet, Vermont, with her parents, Ebenezer Cobb and Elizabeth Lathrop, by 1780.8,9,10 She was probably one of the five females listed in the household of her father, Ebenezer Cobb, in the 1790 Federal Census of Pawlet, Rutland Co., Vermont.11
     Clarcy married Isaac Tracy, son of Hezekiah Tracy and Eunice Rude, on 23 Feb 1795 in Pawlet, Vermont, with Gideon Adams, Esq., officiating.5
     She was probably the female age 16 to 25 listed in the household of her husband, Isaac Tracy, in the 1800 Federal Census of Shelburne, Chittenden Co., Vermont.12
     Clarcy died on 8 Feb 1801 in Shelburne, Vermont, at age 22.5
