     Willard married Mildred Virginia Flora, daughter of Edward K. Flora and Mary Arizona Wellen, on 8 Oct 1921 in Martinsburg, West Virginia, with Rev. Roy Schmuchker officiating.13,14
     Willard and Mildred lived with her sister Ruth at 201 E. Union Ave., Martinsburg, West Virginia, for a time about 1929.16
