Narrative:

     Rebecca Simpson was born on 10 Apr 1790 in Pennsylvania.4,5,6
     Rebecca married George Flora, son of Joseph Flora Jr. and Catharine Toot.7,8,9
     She was probably the female age 16 to 26 listed in the household of her husband, George Flora, in the 1810 Federal Census of Hempfield Twp., Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania.11 She was probably the female age 30 to 40 listed in the household of her husband in the 1830 Federal Census of Air Twp., Bedford Co., Pennsylvania.12 She was probably the female age 40 to 50 listed in the household of her husband in the 1840 Federal Census of Air Twp., Bedford Co., Pennsylvania.13
     Rebecca and George appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of McConnellsburg, Fulton Co., Pennsylvania, enumerated 19 Jul 1850, reporting real estate valued at $500. Their son Elias was listed as living with them, Their son John, listed in the household of Richard Allender, seems to have been living close by as that household is the one preceding theirs in the record.14
     Rebecca was named an heir in the will of her husband, dated 19 Jan 1858, to receive all his real and personal property for her use and support during her life.15
     Rebecca and George appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of McConnellsburg, Fulton Co., Pennsylvania, enumerated 11 Aug 1860, reporting real estate valued at $600 and personal estate of $100. Their children George and Elias were listed as living with them.16
     Her husband died on 25 Jan 1861.17
     Rebecca died on 17 Feb 1873 at age 82.10 She was buried in Lutheran Cemetery, McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania.10

It appears from the significant number of unknown children in the 1830 and 1840 censuses that George and Rebecca had many children not listed here. Un-sourced online trees report some of them, and one reports that she had 15 children with 11 living at her death. It lists Susan, Levy, Mary, Charlotte, Lida, Rebecca, and Harriet in addition to those shown here.24
