     Charles married Sarah E. Simons, daughter of John Henry Simons and Mary Catharine Riegel, on 15 Feb 1913 in the Methodist Episcopal parsonage, Northumberland, Northumberland Co., Pennsylvania, with Rev. Isaac Cadman officiating.11,12
