Narrative:

     Percy Cobb was born on 28 Aug 1878 in Paducah, Kentucky.7,8,9 He appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Paducah, McCracken Co., Kentucky, in the household of his parents, Maj. Robert H. Cobb and Virginia Walker.1
     He moved to Wichita Falls, Texas, in 1884 with his parents.4 He appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Wichita Falls, Texas in the household of his parents.2
     Percy appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., Texas, enumerated 13 May 1910, one of 21 roomers living with John and May Jutor.14
     He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Wichita Falls, Texas, at 2110 10th St., in the household of his mother.6
     Percy appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., Texas, at 2110 10th St., the home formerly owned by their mother, enumerated 3 Apr 1930, reporting that he owned a home valued at $6,000. His sister, Ethel was listed as living with him.15
     Percy appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., Texas, at 2110 10th St., enumerated 12 Apr 1940, reporting he owned a home valued at $2,000. Also listed as living with him were his sister Ethel, and his sister Greta and her husband, Robert Donaldson Thorburn. They all reported they had lived in the same house in 1935.16
     He was a traveling salesman in 1900, selling groceries by 1910. He became a book-keeper for an automotive supply company by 1920. By 1930 he was a broker in the oil industry. In 1940 he reported he was not working and not looking for work.17,18,19,20,16
