Children:
     Children with Mary Wood Cobb

There is room to question whether Ruth was actually the daughter of David and Mary. She is listed as such in the 1900 census, her husband shows Mary as his mother-in-law in the 1920 census, and her death certificate, with her husband as informant, shows Mary Glenn as her mother with father unknown. But she was born some 20 years after David and Mary's two sons, and is shown as daughter of their son Hugh in the 1910 census. It seems quite possible Ruth was actually his daughter, born before his marriage.24,25,26,27
