Narrative:

     Wealthy Maria Cobb was born on 29 Aug 1819 in Monroe Co., New York.6,7,8 She was baptized on 10 Jun 1821 in First Presbyterian Church, Rochester, New York.14
     Her father died on 21 Sep 1826, when Wealthy was 7 years old.15,16,17
     Wealthy married Leonard White in 1837.9,10,11
     Wealthy and Leonard settled in Michigan after their marriage. They returned to New York about 1846 with their two daughters.18 They appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Buffalo, Erie Co., New York, enumerated 1 Aug 1850. Their children Arrestine and Julia were listed as living with them, as were Grace Mald, age 21, and Jeanie, age 1 and apparently her daughter, and Samuel White, age 64 and perhaps his father.19
     Wealthy and Leonard appeared on the 1855 State Census of Buffalo, Erie Co., New York, enumerated 8 Jun 1855, reporting that they lived in a frame dwelling valued at $2,500. Their children Arrestine, Julia and Lora were listed as living with them, as were her sister Lora and two servants, Margarite Laney and Elizabeth Randall.20
     Wealthy died on 19 Sep 1858 at age 39.6 She was buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo, Erie Co., New York, in the White lot.12,13
